WWYDW$100?

A "C note."Okay, so it all started when I had to add two new people to our American Express card account. Five minutes later everyone in the office was getting cards with different colors and they all came in the mail in nice looking envelopes. It had been a very busy period at The Hodges Partnership and also a very successful period, so we figured in addition to giving out the cards, we'd give everyone a $100 reward for all the hard work. Hey, they needed to break the new cards in, didn't they.

So the other day someone, I can't remember who, started asking the question. "What did you get with your hundred bucks?" Before you think we're a bunch of heathens, one of the rules here at THP is when we reward, we encourage folks to send that money on themselves. Since most of us volunteer and give money and/or time to charity while it would be nice to do that with this 100 dollars, we once again encouraged folks to spend the money. Without naming names, here are some of the things that were bought: – A toaster – Car wax – Various equipment for a triathlon – Bedroom mirror – Assorted items of clothing – A portion of a plane ticket to Omaha for the College World Series – A bottle of champagne – A happy hour for colleagues – A gift card for Lowes – Half of an iPhone – A toilet (not going there) I don't know what this collective says about our group but I thought the list was entertaining so I thought I'd share. What would you do with $100? Please share your answer below. Thanks.
