If you want to know more about life at Hodges, just look to our values. They’re not fluff or corporate speak, they embody who we are as people, how we work together and who we want to work alongside in terms of clients and partners.
Hodges is a place where people come to thrive. Employee turnover is low, and client relationships are long-lasting. Some days we’re dressed up at client events, and other days we’re knocking out status grids, reports or writing communication plans.
When it comes to community, we’re big dreamers and we encourage Hodgers to take action. Our team averages nearly 500 hours per year volunteering during the workday through professional organizations like AMA Richmond, PRSA Richmond and local nonprofits including CelebrateRVA, Virginia Pride, Feed More and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
We’re a curious bunch who loves a good workshop or seminar. Over the last three years, the team averaged 310 training hours per year. On a regular basis, Hodges’ DEI committee plans engaging events to ensure the team has a strong understanding of cultures and audiences.
Fun at Hodges is actually fun. We try to strike the right balance and plan unique events for everyone to enjoy. You’ve heard about our spree, right? There are many tangible and intangible benefits to working at Hodges – see for yourself.
If this sounds like your kind of workplace, get in touch and look for open roles on the team.
