A 2022 Hodges recruit – and a former Hodges intern – you could say we’re teaching Andrew how to best take advantage of his “inside voice,” mostly because he’s already got the outdoors thing pretty well covered. You might find him fly fishing in the mountains or on the James, surfing in the Outer Banks or exploring new cultures and new cuisines far and wide. A native of Bon Air and a Virginia Tech alum where he earned both his undergrad and Masters degrees, Andrew most recently worked at ChamberRVA where he helped promote the Richmond region as an attractive place for recent college graduates. He also actively manages an Instagram account, @rvajamesriverfishreport, that promotes fishing and activities on the James River. He enjoys writing (his piece on trout fishing was published by DWR), creating content, telling stories, giving presentations, interviewing people and being creative with new campaigns.
