Alejandro Leon
Account Coordinator
Ask Alejandro what superpower he most wishes he could possess, and you’ll hear “elasticity,” which isn’t surprising when you consider the versatility that he brings to his position as Account Coordinator. A Florida native who grew up in Northern Virginia, Alejandro began his Hodges career as a COVID-era intern where he showcased his writing talents for The Phil and made his bones on the media relations front. Prior to re-joining Hodges, he worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Team Velocity Marketing. These days, you’ll find him working on accounts as diverse as Virginia Early Childhood Foundation, Virginia Telehealth Network and Swedish Match, creating content and pitching stories to the media. As for his own media consumption, he’s partial to Axios, Business Insider, ESPN and the AP. Alejandro is a proud graduate of VCU, and perhaps an even greater source of pride, he was part of the youngest improv comedy group to perform at NYC’s Del Close Marathon, a platform that launched the careers of Amy Poehler, Matt Walsh and others.
