Digital Account Strategist

The Hodges Partnership creates big, bold, and smart communications campaigns for clients that produce results. We are hiring for an Account Strategist with digital and social media experience who will manage, and measure paid social media campaigns.

About the position

We’re looking for a data-driven person who knows how to:

  • Execute paid social campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimizations
  • Onboard new digital clients into Facebook Business Manager and other paid social business management and ad tools, including support for pixel installation, domain verification and admin access for all relevant parties
  • Utilize Google Analytics and third-party tools to evaluate campaign performance
  • Navigate social advertising platforms, such as Facebook Business Manager, and run campaigns on social channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit and others
  • Perform day-to-day campaign monitoring to ensure delivery goals are fulfilled
  • Have a general knowledge base of how other digital media outside of social media operate and relate back to paid social (e.g. PPC, display)
  • Collaborate with Digital leadership team on paid social campaign strategy, providing recommendations that support clients’ overall goals
  • Understand social media KPIs and collaborate with Digital leadership team to provide context and campaign insights
  • Produce monthly reports that synthesize results, while adding qualitative context about what those numbers mean
  • Explain social media strategy in new business presentations

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in social advertising and digital marketing
  • Proficient with Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn and Twitter Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Keyword Planner
  • Agency experience preferred, but not necessary
