We know what we do well, and that’s public relations, especially media relations and social media strategies. What we don’t do well covers a whole lot more, and we’ll be the first to admit it. We’ll also be up front with you about what we think you need, and that may not always be public relations. If we think, for example, that achieving your marketing objectives calls for a paid media strategy, we’ll tell you, even if that means forgoing the chance to work with you. We recognize that public relations is often a client’s best solution, but that many times it is not. We’ll let you know.
